3-Stage Whole-House Water Purification

Installed at Your Virginia Gardens Home

THIS IS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE ON A VIRGINIA GARDENS WALL

Three blue housings on a wall-mounted manifold, plumbed into the main line where water enters your Virginia Gardens home—compact and tidy, not a tank in the garage.

Three Housings, Not One Cartridge

EACH STAGE GETS A FULL-SIZE HOUSING

Single-cartridge systems pack every medium into one shell. This one gives each of the three media its own housing, plumbed in series on a wall-mounted manifold—more media volume, more contact time, and longer intervals between changes. Each cartridge is replaced individually, so you only change what’s spent.

1 MPP

Polypropylene Sediment Pre-Filter

Model 2045 PP

Takes the physical load first, so the carbon behind it isn’t wasted on grit and scale common with hard Miami-Dade water.

2 GAC

Granular Activated Carbon

Model 2045 GAC

The chemical workhorse—volume, surface area, and capacity for the hard stuff in Miami-Dade’s municipal water.

3 CTO

Compressed Activated Carbon Block

Model 2045 CTO

A dense final pass that leaves no shortcuts for what’s still in your Miami-Dade water.

Three full-size housings instead of one shared shell.
More contact time between the water and the media.
Individually replaceable—change only the spent cartridge.
Longer intervals between filter changes.
A far longer chemical reduction list than a single cartridge.
Helps protect your plumbing from the main line onward.

Inside the Housings

ALL THREE FILTERS, INSIDE THE BLUE HOUSINGS

Three full-size housings on one manifold, each holding a different medium—built for the hard water common across Miami-Dade.

X-ray view of the first blue housing, showing the depth-wound polypropylene sediment cartridge that helps handle Miami-Dade’s hard-water sediment.

MPP Sediment Pre-Filter

Model 2045 PP

Inside: a depth-wound polypropylene cartridge. Water works from the outer windings toward the core, trapping rust, sand, silt, and sediment before it can reach the carbon.

X-ray view of the second blue housing, showing loose granular activated carbon inside.

GAC Granular Activated Carbon

Model 2045 GAC

Inside: a full housing of loose carbon granules. The gaps between them are the point—water threads through slowly, giving chlorine and VOCs time to adsorb.

X-ray view of the third blue housing, showing the compressed carbon block and its hollow center channel.

CTO Carbon Block

Model 2045 CTO

Inside: carbon compressed into a solid wall around a hollow core. With no loose path, the last of the chlorine and fine particles have nowhere to slip past.

The Chemical Story

BUILT FOR MIAMI-DADE WATER IMPURITIES & CHEMICAL CONCERNS

Most whole-home filters are sold on taste and scale. With hard municipal water common in Miami-Dade, two full housings of activated carbon go after a longer, more technical list of contaminants people actually test for.

Stage 2 - Loose Granular Carbon

Volume and capacity

Loose granules pack enormous surface area into the housing.
Water moves through quickly, so flow stays high.
High chemical capacity before the media is spent.
But water can channel through gaps between the granules.

Stage 3 - Compressed Carbon Block

No shortcuts

Carbon compressed into a solid block with no gaps to channel through.
The tight structure also catches fine particulate matter.
Everything that survived stage 2 gets a second, denser pass.
Slower by design - which is exactly why it goes last.

The order is the design

Sediment first, so the expensive carbon is never spent on dirt. Loose granular carbon second, for volume and chemical capacity. Dense carbon block last, for a tight final pass—ideal for hard Miami-Dade water.
