Softening and purification do two different jobs. Installed together on your main line, you get scale-fighting protection from our hard Southwest Florida water plus better-tasting, safer water at every tap—often for less than buying two systems separately.
Start with the softener on its own, or bundle it with purification below. Every price is installed by our own technicians for Berkshire Lakes and the Naples area—no separate labour charge.
Softener only—salt-based or saltless, same price either way. Great for tackling hard Southwest Florida water at every tap, installed in one visit.
$1,495
Installed Salt-based or saltlessBoth kinds protect your plumbing and water-using appliances from the mineral scale that’s common with hard water in Collier County—they just do it differently. And both cost the same, alone or in a package, so choose based on how you want to live with it, not price.
A high-capacity resin tank—up to 42,000 grains—pulls calcium and magnesium out of hard Naples-area water before it reaches a single fixture. An electronic control valve meters real household use and regenerates on demand rather than on a timer.
A single tank on the main line. A catalytic media bed converts dissolved hardness into microscopic crystals that stay suspended in the water instead of plating out on your pipes—helpful for the hard water common around Berkshire Lakes and the Naples area.
Same price either way Salt-based or saltless, your package price doesn’t change. Tell us which you prefer when we schedule your Berkshire Lakes install—or ask and we’ll help you choose for your home.
Your softener plus the purification stage you want, plumbed in together on one visit for one installed price in Berkshire Lakes and across Collier County. Every package includes the softener—here you’re simply choosing how far the purification goes.

How It Works In Your Berkshire Lakes Home
The two systems sit in series on the line coming into the house. In Berkshire Lakes and across the Naples area, hard groundwater and municipal supplies can leave mineral scale on water heaters and fixtures—so the softener tackles hardness first. Then the purification stage handles what you can taste, smell, and would rather not drink. Neither one does the other’s job, which is why they work best together.
City or well water as it arrives in Berkshire Lakes—often hard, sometimes chlorinated, and untreated.
Targets calcium and magnesium common in Southwest Florida water so scale never gets a start.
In every packageSediment and carbon help remove grit and reduce chlorine, chemicals, taste, and odor.
1 or 3 stagesClear water lets UV-C reach bacteria, viruses and cysts with no chemicals.
Packages 2, 4 & 5A final polish at the kitchen tap for drinking and cooking water in your Berkshire Lakes home.
Package 5 only
Softener + purification equipment, housings, cartridges, fittings, and all parts.
Both systems plumbed in series on your main line and commissioned by our crew.
No second appointment and no coordinating two installers—it's done together.
We test your water and verify flow, pressure, and every stage before we leave.
No surprises. The package price is the installed price.
We stand behind our work and your water in Collier County.

A water softener deals with hardness—the dissolved calcium and magnesium that bake onto the inside of your water heater, crust up your shower head, and leave spots on glassware. In Southwest Florida, including the Naples area, groundwater and many municipal supplies are typically hard, so scale is a common headache. A purification system deals with everything else: the sediment and rust traveling through the main, the chlorine and chemicals you can taste and smell, and, with UV, the bacteria, viruses, and cysts that no filter cartridge is designed to stop. One will not do the other's job. That is the whole reason these packages exist—the two systems are plumbed in series on the line coming into your house, in one visit, for one installed price that is lower than buying them separately. Choose the softener you prefer, choose how far you want the purification side to go, and we handle the rest.
Both systems sit on the main line, so every Berkshire Lakes tap gets treated water.
Hard-water minerals are handled before they reach the water heater or a single fixture.
Enjoy sparkling, spot-free dishes, glassware, and silverware after every wash.
Protects water heaters, dishwashers, and washing machines from costly scale damage.
Brighter, softer clothes with less fading, wear, and tear over time.
One company maintains both systems—cartridges, salt, and lamps included.
