Softening and purification do two different jobs. Put them on your main line together and you get scale-free, better-tasting, safer water at every tap in your Fidelis home—for less than buying the two systems separately.
Start with the softener on its own, or bundle it with purification below. Every price here is installed by our own technicians in Fidelis—no separate labour charge.
Softener only—salt-based or saltless, same price either way. Soft water at every tap in Fidelis, fitted in one visit.
$1,495
Installed Salt-based or saltlessBoth kinds do the same job for your plumbing and appliances—they just do it differently, and both cost the same alone or in a package. So in Fidelis, choose based on how you want to live with it, not on price.
A high-capacity resin tank—up to 42,000 grains—pulls calcium and magnesium out before water hits a single fixture. An electronic control valve meters real household use and regenerates on demand, not on a timer.
One tank installed on your Fidelis home’s main line. A catalytic media bed converts dissolved hardness into microscopic crystals that stay suspended in the water instead of plating out on your pipes, and a conditioning stage helps keep them from sticking to plumbing surfaces.
Same price either way Salt-based or saltless, your package price stays the same in Fidelis. Tell us which you want when we schedule the install—or ask and we’ll recommend what fits your home.
Your softener, plus the purification stage you want, plumbed in together in your Fidelis home—one visit, one installed price. Every package below includes the softener; all you’re choosing here is how far the purification side goes.

How It Works in Your Fidelis Home
The two systems sit in series on the line coming into your Fidelis house. The softener deals with the hardness minerals that scale up your water heater and fixtures; the purification stage deals with what you can taste, smell, and would rather not drink. Neither one does the other’s job—which is why they belong together.
City or well water, exactly as it arrives in Fidelis—hard, chlorinated, and untreated.
Takes on calcium and magnesium so scale never gets a start in your Fidelis plumbing.
In every packageSediment and carbon take out grit, chlorine, chemicals, taste, and odor—so your Fidelis water is cleaner from every tap.
1 or 3 stagesClear water lets UV-C reach bacteria, viruses and cysts with no chemicals.
Packages 2, 4 & 5A final polish at the kitchen tap for drinking and cooking water in Fidelis.
Package 5 only

A water softener deals with hardness—the dissolved calcium and magnesium that bake onto the inside of your water heater, crust up your shower head, and leave spots on glassware. A purification system deals with everything else: sediment and rust traveling through the main, chlorine and chemicals you can taste and smell, and, with UV, the bacteria, viruses, and cysts no filter cartridge is designed to stop. One will not do the other’s job. That’s why these packages exist—the two systems are plumbed in series on the line coming into your Fidelis home, in one visit, for one installed price that’s lower than buying them separately. Choose the softener you prefer, choose how far you want the purification side to go, and we handle the rest.
Both systems install on the main line, so every Fidelis tap gets the same treated water.
Hardness is handled before it ever reaches your water heater or a single fixture.
Enjoy sparkling, spot-free dishes, glassware, and silverware after every wash.
Helps protect water heaters, dishwashers, and washing machines from costly damage.
Brighter, softer clothes with less fading, wear, and tear over time.
One company maintains both systems for your Fidelis home—cartridges, salt, and lamps included.
