Softening and purification do two different jobs. Installed together on your main line, they help tackle Southwest Florida’s hard, mineral-rich water—so you get scale-free, better-tasting, safer water at every tap, often for less than buying two systems separately.
Start with the softener on its own, or bundle it with purification below. Every price here is installed by our own technicians—no separate labour charge for Lely and Collier County homes.
Softener only—salt-based or saltless, same price either way. Softer water at every tap, installed in one visit in Lely.
$1,495
Installed Salt-based or saltlessBoth kinds protect your plumbing and appliances from Lely’s hard, mineral-rich water—they just do it differently. And they cost the same on their own or in a package, so choose based on lifestyle, not price.
A high-capacity resin tank—up to 42,000 grains—removes calcium and magnesium from Lely’s often hard, mineral-rich groundwater before it reaches a single fixture. An electronic control valve meters actual household use and regenerates on demand, not on a timer.
A single tank on the main line. A catalytic media bed converts dissolved hardness into microscopic crystals that stay suspended in the water instead of plating out on your pipes, and a conditioning stage helps keep them from sticking to plumbing surfaces.
Same price either way Salt-based or saltless, your package price does not change. Tell us which one you want when we schedule your Lely install—or ask and we’ll help you choose what suits your home.
Your softener plus the purification stage you want—plumbed in together on one visit for one installed price in Lely. Every package below includes the softener; all you’re choosing is how far the purification side goes.

How It Works In Your Lely Home
The two systems sit in series on the line coming into the house. The softener handles Lely’s mineral-rich, hard groundwater that can scale up your water heater and fixtures; the purification stage handles what you can taste and smell—especially after seasonal heavy rains can impact water quality. Neither one does the other’s job, which is why they belong together.
City or well water, exactly as it arrives in Collier County—hard, often chlorinated, and untreated.
Takes on Lely’s calcium and magnesium so scale never gets a start.
In every packageSediment + carbon help with grit and chlorine, plus chemicals, taste, and odor—handy in Southwest Florida.
1 or 3 stagesClear water lets UV-C reach bacteria, viruses and cysts with no chemicals.
Packages 2, 4 & 5A final polish at the kitchen tap for drinking and cooking water in your Lely home.
Package 5 only
Softener + purification equipment, housings, cartridges, fittings, and all parts for your Lely home.

A water softener deals with hardness—the dissolved calcium and magnesium that are common in Southwest Florida groundwater and can bake onto the inside of your water heater, crust up your shower head, and leave spots on the glassware. A purification system deals with everything else: the sediment and rust travelling through the main, the chlorine and chemicals you can taste and smell, and, with UV, the bacteria, viruses and cysts that no filter cartridge is designed to stop. One will not do the other's job. That is the whole reason these packages exist—the two systems are plumbed in series on the line coming into your Lely house, in one visit, for one installed price that is lower than buying them separately. Choose the softener you prefer, choose how far you want the purification side to go, and we handle the rest.
Both systems sit on the main line, so every tap in your Lely home gets the same treated water.
