Softening and purification do two different jobs. Installed together on your main line, they help fight Collier County hard-water scale while delivering better-tasting, safer water at every tap—often for less than buying two systems separately.
Start with the softener on its own, or bundle it with purification below. Every price here is installed by our own technicians—no separate labour charge in Lely Resort.
Softener only—salt-based or saltless, same price either way. Soft water at every tap, installed in one visit.
$1,495
Installed Salt-based or saltlessBoth kinds help protect plumbing and appliances from Collier County hard-water scale—they just do it differently. And both cost the same, alone or in a package, so choose based on lifestyle, not price.
A high-capacity resin tank—up to 42,000 grains—removes calcium and magnesium from hard Collier County water before it reaches a single fixture. An electronic control valve meters actual household use and regenerates on demand rather than on a timer.
A single tank on the main line. A catalytic media bed converts dissolved hardness into microscopic crystals that stay suspended in the water instead of plating out on your pipes, and a conditioning stage helps keep them from sticking to plumbing surfaces.
Same price either way Salt-based or saltless, your package price does not change. Tell us which you want when we schedule your Lely Resort install—or ask and we’ll help you choose what suits your home.
Your softener plus the purification stage you want—plumbed together on your main line in one visit for one installed price. Every package below includes the softener; you’re simply choosing how far the purification goes for your Lely Resort home.

How It Works In Your Lely Resort Home
The two systems sit in series on the line coming into the house. The softener tackles Lely Resort’s hard water minerals that can scale up your water heater and fixtures; the purification stage handles what you can taste and smell. Neither one does the other’s job—which is why they belong together.
Municipal water from Collier County utilities (or well water), exactly as it arrives—often hard and typically chlorinated.
Takes on calcium and magnesium common in Lely Resort hard water so scale never gets a start.
In every packageSediment and carbon reduce grit, chlorine, chemicals, and the taste/odor many Collier County homes notice.
1 or 3 stagesClear water lets UV-C reach bacteria, viruses and cysts with no chemicals.
Packages 2, 4 & 5A final polish at the kitchen tap for drinking and cooking water in your Lely Resort home.
Package 5 only

A water softener deals with hardness—the dissolved calcium and magnesium common with Collier County utilities water that can bake onto the inside of your water heater, crust up your shower head, and leave spots on glassware. A purification system deals with everything else: the sediment and rust traveling through the main, the chlorine and chemicals you can taste and smell, and, with UV, the bacteria, viruses, and cysts that no filter cartridge is designed to stop. One will not do the other’s job. That is the whole reason these packages exist—the two systems are plumbed in series on the line coming into your Lely Resort house, in one visit, for one installed price that is lower than buying them separately. Choose the softener you prefer, choose how far you want the purification side to go, and we handle the rest.
Both systems sit on the main line, so every tap in your Lely Resort home gets the same treated water.
Hardness is handled before it reaches the water heater or a single fixture—key for hard water in Collier County.
Enjoy sparkling, spot-free dishes, glassware, and silverware after every wash.
Protects water heaters, dishwashers, and washing machines from costly hard-water damage.
Brighter, softer clothes with less fading, wear, and tear over time.
One company maintains both systems—cartridges, salt, and lamps included for Lely Resort homeowners.
