Softening and purification do two different jobs. Installed together on your main line, they help stop Floridan aquifer hard-water scale and deliver better-tasting, safer water at every tap—often for less than buying two systems separately.
Start with the softener on its own, or bundle it with purification below. Every price is installed by our own technicians—no separate labour charge for Saint Johns River Estates homes.
Softener only—salt-based or saltless, same price either way. Built for St. Johns County hard water, installed in one visit.
$1,495
Installed Salt-based or saltlessBoth types protect your plumbing and appliances from the hard-water minerals common from the Floridan aquifer—they just do it differently, and both cost the same. Choose based on how you want to live with it, not price.
A high-capacity resin tank—up to 42,000 grains—targets the hard-water minerals common from the Floridan aquifer before water reaches a single fixture. An electronic control valve meters real household use and regenerates on demand rather than on a timer.
A single tank on the main line. A catalytic media bed converts dissolved hardness into microscopic crystals that stay suspended in the water instead of plating out on your pipes, and a conditioning stage helps keep them off plumbing surfaces.
Same price either way Salt-based or saltless—your package price doesn’t change. Tell us what you want when we schedule your Saint Johns River Estates install, or ask and we’ll help you choose.
Your softener plus the purification stage you want—plumbed in together on one visit for one installed price. Every package includes the softener; you’re simply choosing how far the purification goes for your Saint Johns River Estates home.

How It Works In Your Home
The two systems sit in series on the line coming into the house. The softener handles the hard-water minerals common with Floridan aquifer supply in the St. Johns County area—so scale doesn’t take over your water heater and fixtures. The purification stage tackles what you can taste and smell. Neither does the other’s job, which is why they work best together.
City or well water, exactly as it arrives—often hard in the St. Johns County area and untreated at the point of entry.
Targets calcium and magnesium common in local hard water so scale never gets a start.
In every packageSediment and carbon reduce grit, chlorine, chemicals, and the taste and odor you notice at the tap.
1 or 3 stagesClear water lets UV-C reach bacteria, viruses and cysts with no chemicals.
Packages 2, 4 & 5A final polish at the kitchen tap for better drinking and cooking water.
Package 5 only

A water softener deals with hardness—the dissolved calcium and magnesium that are common in Floridan aquifer water across St. Johns County and that bake onto the inside of your water heater, crust up your shower head, and leave spots on glassware. A purification system deals with everything else: the sediment and rust traveling through the main, the chlorine and chemicals you can taste and smell, and, with UV, the bacteria, viruses, and cysts that no filter cartridge is designed to stop. One will not do the other’s job. That is the whole reason these packages exist—the two systems are plumbed in series on the line coming into your Saint Johns River Estates house, in one visit, for one installed price that’s lower than buying them separately. Choose the softener you prefer, choose how far you want the purification side to go, and we handle the rest.
Both systems sit on the main line, so every tap gets the same treated water—kitchen, baths, and laundry.
Hardness is handled before it reaches the water heater or a single fixture—key for hard water in St. Johns County.
Enjoy sparkling, spot-free dishes, glassware, and silverware after every wash.
Protects water heaters, dishwashers, and washing machines from costly hard-water damage.
Brighter, softer clothes with less fading, wear, and tear over time.
One company maintains both systems—cartridges, salt, and UV lamps all handled by one team.
