See the purity, trust the technology. A tankless under-sink system that delivers ultra-pure, clean, refreshing water on demand for your Cypress Harbor family.
The System Itself
The whole system fits under your sink and connects with quick-connect fittings. Four quick-change twist cartridges handle the four filtration stages, with a UV chamber inline. No bulky storage tank—so in Cypress Harbor’s humid subtropical climate, water is purified on demand instead of sitting and waiting.
The first cartridge—captures rust, dirt, sand, and larger particles before they reach the rest of your system.
Carbon block media that reduces chlorine, odors, colors, and chemicals before the membrane—great for Florida water sources.
The heart of the system—rejecting dissolved solids and heavy metals and sending the concentrate to the drain.
The final cartridge polishes the water and adds beneficial minerals back for a balanced pH—ideal for Cypress Harbor homes.
Filtration Stages
Each stage handles what the one before it left behind. UV is the fourth step in the sequence—and the one stage that is not filtration at all. It’s there to handle what filters can’t catch, a smart layer of protection for Cypress Harbor homes.
Removes rust, dirt, sand and large particles—helpful against Florida scale and corrosion.
Removes chlorine, odors, colors and chemicals.
Removes up to 99% of dissolved solids, heavy metals and more.
Kills 99.99% of bacteria, viruses and microorganisms.
Adds beneficial minerals for a balanced, healthy pH.
Four filtration stages plus UV sterilization. Steps 1–3 and 5 are filtration; step 4 is the built-in UV lamp for disinfection. It’s included in the price on every system we install in Cypress Harbor.

The Mr. Pure Water Under-Sink Reverse Osmosis System with UV Sterilization is a tankless point-of-use system that fits neatly under your sink with quick-connect fittings—perfect for Cypress Harbor homes. Cold water enters a PP sediment cartridge that catches rust, dirt, sand and large particles, then a CTO carbon block that takes out chlorine, odors, colors and chemicals. The reverse osmosis membrane removes up to 99% of dissolved solids and heavy metals, helping combat the mineral scale and corrosion Florida plumbing can face depending on the local water source (groundwater vs. surface water), sending the concentrate to the drain at a 1.5:1 pure-to-drain ratio. A built-in UV lamp then kills 99.99% of bacteria, viruses and microorganisms - the one thing a filter cannot catch - operating automatically on water flow pressure. An alkaline and mineral stage finishes the water, putting beneficial minerals back for a balanced pH. Five stages in all - PP, CTO, RO, UV and alkaline - producing up to 400 gallons a day on demand, with no bulky storage tank to hold water, take up space or invite secondary contamination.
Purified water makes clearer, better-tasting ice for every drink you pour—especially refreshing in Cypress Harbor’s humid subtropical weather.
A full cartridge set equals about 8,000 bottles of water—right from your Cypress Harbor tap.
Ultra-pure water with UV protection for Cypress Harbor—made for the things you’re most careful about.
Odor-free, balanced-pH water brings out more flavor in everything you brew—great for Cypress Harbor mornings.
The tankless build is compact, so you keep the cabinet space a storage tank would take—an easy win in many Cypress Harbor kitchens.
Four twist cartridges that swap out in seconds—no tools, no mess—simple upkeep for busy Cypress Harbor homes.
