Softening and purification do two different jobs. Installed together on your main line, you get scale-free, better-tasting, safer water at every tap—ideal for Modello homes on municipal water or private wells—and for less than buying two separate systems.
Start with the softener on its own, or bundle it with purification below. Every price is installed by our own technicians—no separate labour charge for your Modello home.
Softener only—salt-based or saltless, same price either way. Soft water at every tap, installed in one visit in Modello.
$1,495
Installed Salt-based or saltlessBoth kinds protect your plumbing and appliances—they just do it differently, and both cost the same on their own or in a package. In Modello, where water can vary between municipal supply and private wells, choose based on how you want to live with it, not on price.
A high-capacity resin tank—up to 42,000 grains—removes calcium and magnesium before water reaches a single fixture. An electronic control valve meters actual household use and regenerates on demand rather than on a timer—great for Modello’s year-round water use in a warm, humid climate.
A single tank on the main line. A catalytic media bed converts dissolved hardness into microscopic crystals that stay suspended in the water instead of plating out on your pipes, and a conditioning stage helps keep them from sticking to plumbing surfaces.
Same price either way Salt-based or saltless—your package price doesn’t change. Tell us which you want when we schedule your Modello install, or ask and we’ll help you choose for your home and water source.
Your softener, plus the purification stage you want, plumbed in together on one visit for one installed price. Every package below includes the softener—you're only choosing how far the purification goes for your Modello home.

How It Works In Your Modello Home
Both systems are installed in series on the line coming into your home. In Modello’s warm, humid South Florida climate, the softener handles hardness minerals that scale up your water heater and fixtures, while purification targets what you can taste and smell. They don’t do the same job—which is why they work best together.
Municipal or well water—common around Modello—arriving as-is: potentially hard, chlorinated, and untreated.
Targets calcium and magnesium so scale doesn’t get a start—especially helpful with variable Modello water sources.
In every packageSediment and carbon remove grit, chlorine, chemicals, and the taste/odor issues you may notice in Modello water.
1 or 3 stagesClear water lets UV-C reach bacteria, viruses, and cysts with no chemicals—ideal for well water setups near Modello.
Packages 2, 4 & 5A final polish at the kitchen tap for great-tasting drinking and cooking water in Modello.
Package 5 only

A water softener deals with hardness—the dissolved calcium and magnesium that bake onto the inside of your water heater, crust up your shower head, and leave spots on the glassware. A purification system deals with everything else: the sediment and rust traveling through the main, the chlorine and chemicals you can taste and smell, and, with UV, the bacteria, viruses, and cysts that no filter cartridge is designed to stop. One will not do the other’s job. That is the whole reason these packages exist—the two systems are plumbed in series on the line coming into your house, in one visit, for one installed price that is lower than buying them separately. In Modello and across South Florida, many homes are on municipal water or private wells depending on the exact location, so water quality can vary by source—we test and size accordingly. Choose the softener you prefer, choose how far you want the purification side to go, and we handle the rest.
Both systems sit on the main line, so every tap gets the same treated water in Modello.
Hardness is handled before it reaches the water heater or a single fixture.
Enjoy sparkling, spot-free dishes, glassware, and silverware after every wash.
Protects water heaters, dishwashers, and washing machines from costly damage.
Brighter, softer clothes with less fading, wear, and tear over time.
One company maintains both systems—cartridges, salt, and lamps included.
