Best-seller whole-home filtration plus UV protection for cleaner, better-tasting, safer water from every tap in Modello.
The System Itself
The system is a single filter housing and stainless UV chamber, installed where water enters your Modello home. Compact for a garage wall or exterior line—no tank and no floor space taken up.
The UV Advantage in South Florida
Media filters are excellent at particles and dissolved chemicals, but they do not reliably deal with living things. UV-C removes nothing from the water—it disrupts the DNA and RNA of microorganisms so they cannot reproduce. Running filtration first also makes the UV work better, because clear water lets the light reach everything. That’s a smart pairing for Modello, where homes may be on municipal water or private wells depending on location.
A dedicated sterilization stage installed after the filter for Modello homes.
Nothing is added to your water—no chlorine and no aftertaste.
A corrosion-resistant chamber built to live on your main line in Modello.
A long-life lamp with a simple, scheduled replacement—easy for busy Modello households.

Final-Stage Protection
UV-C light helps neutralize bacteria, viruses, and other harmful microorganisms—ideal for Modello homes where well vs. municipal water can vary.
Water can travel miles through dark, damp water lines before it reaches your home. In South Florida’s warm, humid climate, those conditions can support microorganisms and biofilm growth—so whatever treatment happened upstream isn’t the whole story. UV-C sterilization at the point of entry adds a powerful final layer of protection to help inactivate harmful microbes throughout your home’s water supply, whether you’re on municipal water or a private well in Modello.

Standard vs. UV-Equipped for Modello homes
Both systems treat the whole house at the main line, and both are installed, tested and backed the same way. What changes is the cartridge inside the housing—and whether anything deals with what is alive in your water. In Modello, that can matter because water quality can vary between municipal supply and private wells.

The upgrade is $500—and it covers what a filter cannot, especially for Modello well-water homes.
A media filter is excellent at particles and dissolved chemicals, but it does not reliably deal with living organisms. UV-C does not remove anything from your water—it disrupts the DNA and RNA of bacteria, viruses and protozoa so they cannot reproduce, using no chemicals at all. If you are on a well or simply want that last layer covered, that is what the extra $500 buys. In Modello, water quality can vary depending on whether you’re on municipal water or a private well. On hard water, ask us which build is the better fit—the standard system carries a polyphosphate scale-control layer that the UV build does not.

The Mr. Pure Water Whole House Water Purification System with UV Sterilization combines advanced 3-layer filtration with powerful UV-C technology to deliver cleaner, better-tasting, and microbiologically safer water throughout your entire home. That’s especially valuable in Modello, where homes may be on municipal water or private wells depending on location. The outer polypropylene layer catches sand, dirt, silt and rust flakes and protects what sits behind it. The middle gradient media handles the broad chemical and clarity range—chlorine, VOCs, dissolved solids, microplastics. The inner activated carbon core does the final polish and takes on PFAS and industrial chemicals. Then a 304 stainless chamber with a UV-C lamp finishes the job on what filtration alone cannot reach, giving your family the ultimate in water quality, protection, and peace of mind.
